From a Web technology point of view, there's no difference. The blog site is just another website, except that the blog content is configured and arranged differently from a regular website. The blog contains "pages" (which are webpages, just like regular websites do). What the regular website usually doesn't contain is this:- At least one of those pages is configured to display a running series of "posts" in reverse chronological order (in the form of clickable headlines and an excerpt of the full post). The clicks point to the full posts, which are themselves webpages too.

From a purpose point of view, a website and a blog serve two different purposes. The website usually serves to provide an online front for an entity (an organisation or a person) and provides information, products, services and other related matters. The blog usually serves as an online journal or diary or journalistic-style mouthpiece for an entity.

I am usui reiki master and want to know
What is difference between Usui Reiki and Kundalini Reiki and Ayurveda Reiki?
Is there any conflict  using all these together?
Is Kundalini Reiki different from Kundalini yoga?

Well, Blog is more of an informational thing where one can write in a detailed guide and webpage is more of a mixed thing were every important thing has a dedicated space like product/service description, images, call-to-action. On my company's website Apps4Rent, that is a hosting website we have more than usual content as one needs to implement table, structure, prices, features, etc so the overall mixed structure can be considered as a webpage.
